Returns Policy
As all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product. Please carefully review the design, size, and specifications of your order before placing it.
Refunds Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will issue a refund or resend your order at no additional cost.
Refund Process

- Our team will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom footwear with design changes requested by the customer after purchase.
- Items that show signs of wear or use.
- Orders submitted with incorrect information (e.g., wrong size or shipping address).
Exchanges Policy
We do not offer exchanges for custom footwear, as each product is made specifically for you. However, if your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same design at no additional cost.
Cancellations Policy
- Within 24 Hours: Orders can be canceled for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours: Since production begins promptly, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
