Processing Time

Since each pair of KicksInk shoes is custom-made, the processing time varies depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Standard Orders: 7–14 business days.
  • Complex or Bulk Orders: Up to 21 business days.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your order is ready to ship.


Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping methods to suit your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.
  2. Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

Shipping timelines are calculated after the processing period and may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on your location, the size of your order, and the selected shipping method. The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide! However, international shipping times and costs may vary based on your country’s customs and import regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
  • Delivery times for international orders may take 10–21 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s journey in real-time.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or any other reason, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Please note that reshipping fees may apply.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We strive to ensure all packages are delivered safely. In the rare case that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting documentation. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
